We use the personal data we hold about you, for the purposes of any enquiries you make directly to us, in order for us to carry out a quotation of works or a property survey. Should the need arise, your data will help us to respond to any complaints you have made, or deal with any disputes which may arise in the course of us providing our products and services to you, in the most effective manner.  The data we will collect may include – phone numbers, mail, email and/or web forms. An address for the purposes of carrying out a quotation or Survey.  Please let us know if the personal information that we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated if applicable.  We may disclose contact details and address with our subcontractors if applicable. Should a skip, scaffold or electrical works be required.  We may disclose your personal data to our insurers and/or professional advisers Insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, obtaining professional advice, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.  Personal data that we process shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected for. We securely erase your personal data from our systems when it is no longer needed. For the purposes of warranty works, information will be held for 10 years.  We may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or potential or actual disputes and any amendments to future data protection authorities, in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
